Position: Product Specialist

Job Description:

The "Hobbyts" project is in need of a Product Specialist. We are developing a web application that will also have the capability to function as a native mobile app. Our aim is to facilitate people's leisure activities and simplify the search process for both hobbies and related events. Currently, we have a development plan focused on creating an MVP with a football theme.

Responsibilities:

• Structuring ideas and developing concepts (mobile design and a partially completed project already exist)
• Defining key development directions and establishing priorities for the initial product version
• Supporting the setup of team work processes to enhance communication and shared vision (including selecting communication platforms, information storage, visualization, etc.)
• Studying the product and its capabilities, preparing questions, conducting user surveys, formulating hypotheses and tasks for development
• Designing user stories for the product
• Participating in the development of marketing plans and strategies for product growth

Requirements:

• Experience in product management or web development
• Understanding of teamwork dynamics
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team
• Strategic thinking and a drive for innovation
• Readiness to work at the early stages of project development
